IMPORTANT

For 2024, we cannot pick up your slash unless your home is located in the area supported by our HFR grant (Yale Creek area – Shotgun West along the Yale-Kilgore Road).

If you have slash on your property this year and would like it picked up at your cost, we recommend…

a) Organize with your HOA or Subdivision/Development — If you live in a subdivision/development with an active HOA, contact your HOA to see if you and your fellow landowners can arrange slash pick up by an independent contractor;

b) Organize with neighbors — If you don’t live in a subdivision/development or do not live in an area with an active HOA, we recommend that you and any interested neighbors investigate arranging for an independent contractor to pick up your slash;

c) Personal Disposal — the Meadow Creek slash pit located just off Highway 20 north of the Flat Ranch is open for slash deposit by individuals. The Meadow Creek Slash pit is open until the end of October from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays, depending upon weather.
